Overview
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a popular trekking route in Nepal, known for its stunning natural beauty, diverse landscapes, and rich cultural experiences. It takes its name from Mount Manaslu, the eighth highest peak in the world, which is a prominent feature of the region. The trek offers a fantastic alternative to the more crowded Annapurna and Everest regions, providing a quieter and less commercialized trekking experience.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1,300 metres (4,600 feet). Kathmandu.
Arrival in the capital Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel in the center of the lively city. In the evening you will meet our Guide and you will welcome for our dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Drive via Arughat to Machha Khola ( 890 m)
Directions Manaslu gorkha
Early in the morning you drive via Arughat to Machha Khola (approx. 890 m). The last stretch leads through Magaren and Gurung villages and Tamang villages, with some rivers and bumpy sections of road having to be passed. In Machha Khola you will get to know your Nepali porter team. Overnight stay in a lodge. (Travel time approx. 8 hours). B.L.D
Day 03: Machha Khola (approx. 890 m) – Jagat (1350 m)
Approach Manaslu
First we have to walk uphill along a rock face along a newly dug vehicle road and then climb to the terraces of Jagat . The route continues gradually upwards in the Budhi-Gandaki valley before reaching Tatopani, where you see the Ganesh Himal mountain range for the first time. The narrow valley of Bhudi Gandaki with its many waterfalls will delight you on the way to Jagat (1310 m). Overnight stay in a lodge. (Walking time approx. 6-7 hours, . B.L.D
Day 04: Jagat (1330 m) – Pewa (1670 m)
First we have to walk uphill along a rock face along a newly dug vehicle road and then climb to the terraces of Philim. Here your efforts will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Shringi Himal mountain (7161 m). Further, directly along the river, after a counter climb you finally reach Pewa (1770 m). Day 05: pewa (1660 m) – Ghap (2370 m)
From today we will not meet the road, Today's stage leads to Ghap (2370 m) just a few kilometers from the Tibetan border, the People hire speak tibetain langauge very well . You cross the river several times and overcome major climbs. The path is often lined with mani stones and prayer flags and leads through enchanted forests with extraordinary vegetation. Day 06 : Ghap (2370 m) – Lho (3170 m)

Your path continues past Tibetan gompas and stupas until you finally reach the beautiful village of Lho (3170 m).here also People hire speak tibetain langauge very well, It will gradually get colder from today,
and people hire wear thick clothes, From here you have a wonderful view of Manaslu (8163 m), which together with the Ribung Monastery represents a beautiful photographic motif. Overnight in a lodge. (Walking time approx. 6-7 hours, . B.L.D
Day 07 : Lho (3170 m) – Sama (3530 m)

It's worth getting up early because the sunrise at Manaslu is magical! During a tea break in Shyala you can enjoy spectacular views of Manaslu (8163 m) and the other mountain giants. After lunch in Sama (3530 m), there is the opportunity for a 3-hour acclimatization detour to Pung Gyen Gompa, a Buddhist temple with 360-degree panoramic views (4130 m, walking time approx. 3 hours, 500 m↑↓). Day 08 : Rest day in Sama (3530 m) – optional climb to Manaslu base camp (4790 m)

Acclimatization and rest day in Sama. Depending on your condition, you can take a day of rest or further acclimatize with a relaxing hike to Lake Birendra (3600 m). The idyllic, deep blue glacier lake at an altitude of 3,600 m is definitely worth a visit. on the way to the sama village one has to walk cautiously because sometimemountain goat Tahr, snow leopards, marmots, and Lhphophorus Nepal national birds, easily spotted (Circular hike to the lake approx. 3 hours, . Day 09 : Sama Gaun to Samdo
Trek time: 3 hours
Accommodation: Tea House
On this new day, you will reach the newer destination ie Samdo. But, as you are in a high altitude, you need to walk slowly so this is a short day trek. You will notice extended many yak, marmots pastures up a broad valley with long mani walls, with a variety of birds.
From there, you will leave the tree line and climb to a ridge across the wooden bridge of Buri Gandaki before you reach White Kani. It is a neighbouring village to Samdo, a very picturesque village dedicated to yak herding.
Once at Samdo, you can explore the nearby villages or hike to Samdo Peak. The Larkya La trail is on the left above the valley. You can also see the main track for Tibet over the Larjyang La forming slopes on the Larkya La trail. . B.L.D
Day 10: Samdo to Dharmasala
Trek time: 3 hours
This is another adventurous day in the high altitude. So, you must watch your body signs properly. Enjoying the scenic views of the chain of the Himalayas, you will walk slowly across the rugged terrains of the Manaslu region before you reach Dharmasala. Today As there are few hotels, and lodges in dharamshala one has to stay in a tent for a day. . B.L.D
Day 11: Dharmasala to Bimthang via Larkya Pass
Trek time: 9-10 hours
This day is one of the most strenuous of the entire tour. Early in the morning you get ready to cross the pass. The path first leads over the lateral moraine of the Larkya glacier, before possibly (depending on the season) over snow and snow slopes into the pass. In the early morning you reach the 5135 m high pass. Just beyond you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, especially Himlung (7126 m) and Annapurna II (7937 m). After a long rest, you climb down over a lot of scree to Bimthang (3710 m). Overnight stay in a lodge. (Walking time approx. 9-10 h, 690 m↑, 1460 m↓).. B.L.D
Day 12: Bimthang (3710 m) – Tilche (2215 m)
Trek time: 6-7 hours
You continue to descend through the Dudh Khola valley. It is significantly warmer here than at higher altitudes and you will pass the first cultivated fields and rhododendron forests. Noew the unpaved road has reached Goa we walk on the vehicle road Goa to Tilche Your destination for the day is the Gurung village of Tilche . Overnight stay in a lodge. Day 13: Dharapani to pokhara
Today we will take privet jeep from Tilije to Beshi Sahar. From there, we will take a privet jeep back to pokhara . After the 6 to 7 hours you will get to rest and take shower in one of the sophisticated hotels in pokhara . B.
Day 14: Free time in Pokhara

You can spend today as you wish. We highly recommend visiting the impressively large Shiva statue at an altitude of approx. 1500 m, from where you can enjoy a great view of Pokhara and Lake Phewa. Afterwards, you can take a rowing boat ride on the picturesque Phewa Lake. A cable car ride to the Sarangkot viewpoint is also a nice experience. During a shopping trip along the waterfront promenade, you can reflect on the past few days in one of the numerous cafés and restaurants. Overnight stay like the day before. B.
Day 15 : Flight pokhara to Kathmandu
Arrival in the capital Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel in the center of the lively cit In the evening there is a farewell dinner together . Overnight at hotel , D.
Day 16 : Today is last day depending on the flight schedule, you will still have free time for one last shopping spree or further sightseeing. evening transfer to the airport and return flight . B.
