Details Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu (1350). Overnight at hotel. D/
Day 02: Kathmandu to Jagat.
Drive to Besi sahar about 5-6 hours and connecting local jeep ride to Jagat at the altitude of 1300 meter from sea level. Overnight stay in lodge. B/L/D/
Day 03: Jagat to Dharapani 1860m (5/6 hours) B/L/D/
Day 04: Dharapani to Koto 2600m (5/6 hours) B/L/D/
Day 05: Koto to Meta 3570m (7/8 hours) B/L/D/
Day 06: Meta to Phu 3840m (5/8 hours) B/L/D/
Day 07: In Phu Rest Day B/L/D/
Day 08: Trek to Nar Village (4200m), 6 hours. B/L/D/
Day 09: Trek to Ngawal (3660m) via Kangla Pass (5320m) 8-9 hours. B/L/D/
Day 10: Ngawal to Manang 3570m (5 hours) B/L/D/
Day 11: rest day in Manang B/L/D/
Day 12: Manang to Yak Kharka 4020m/5hrs, B/L/D/
Day 13: Yak Kharka to Thorong Pedi 4540m/5hrs, B/L/D/
Day 14: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath 3800m/10hrs via Thorong-La 5,416m B/L/D/
Day 15: Muktinath to Jomsom (2800m) via Kagbeni. 6 hours, B/L/D/
Day 16: Early morning flight to Pokhara 8,20m/30mins flight, B/
Day 17: Fee day pokhara B/
Day 18: Flight To Kathmandu B/ D/
Day 19: Final Departure B/

To undertake the Annapurna Nar Phu Trek, you will need the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and the TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card. In addition, you'll need special permits for Nar and Phu, which can be obtained through a registered trekking agency.
