Overview
Three pass Trek (Kongma-la, Cho La Pass and Renjo La), This trek takes you to the base camp of, Mt. Everest , offering stunning views of the world's highest peak. Along the way, you'll also cross the challenging three high passes, which requires some technical skills. This trek is a perfect combination of adventure and natural beauty. Three Passes Trek as the name suggests, this trek involves crossing three high mountain passes - Renjo La, Cho La, and Kongma La It's a challenging. and rewarding trek that takes you through remote valleys, glacial lakes, and picturesque Sherpa villages. You'll have the opportunity to witness stunning views of Everest, Mt. Lotse, Makalu, and other Himalayan giants.
The trek also includes Gokyo lake, offering beautiful high-altitude lake and neighbouring peaks. It's a less crowded alternative to the Everest Base Camp Trek, but equally beautiful. These treks require a good level of physical fitness and acclimatization to the high altitude. It's recommended to go with an experienced guide and have proper gear and equipment. The best time to undertake these treks is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons when the weather is favourable, and the views are clear.

Day 01 Arrival in the capital Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel in the center of the lively city. In the evening you will meet your guide and you get all information welcome dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Free in Katmandu preparing for the trek. (B)
After breakfast, we will have a significant sightseeing journey to some of the historical and cultural sets enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will visit Boudhanath,Bouddhanath stupa is 36 metres 118 ft tall a Buddhist stupa dominates the skyline and it is one of the major on the earth.
Swayambhunath (Monkey temple) lying on the small hill seize Buddha’s eyes on the four sides of the stupa; Pashupatinath temple, a well-known Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is sited on the shores of the holy Bagmati River.
Day 03: Fly to Kathmandu to Lukla trek to Phakding 5hr (2610m). Overnight at tea house. (B/L/D)
At 5:00 Am, you may have a cup of tea and packing breakfast ready by 5 Am at Hotel , our car will drop you to the airport for your Lukla flight. Today we will take a wonderful panorama flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2827m).
After 35 minutes, we will land on a runway and our caretaker will help us carry our belongings. Then we will walk down to the Dudh Koshi River, where we connect with the main path to phakding and Namche Bazaar.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) walking 5 and half hours. Overnight at guest house. (B/L/D)
Today, we will leave Phakding and we will pass by arresting pine woods next to Dudh Koshi River crossing more than a few suspension bridges and walk side to side with Sherpa villages Benkar, Manjo, Chimoa, and Jorsale.
Plus, the magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku (6618 m) and Mt. Kusumkangaru (6360m.) will captivate you on the way. Then, we will walk side by side with the Dudh Koshi river to the union spot of Dudh Koshi Rivers.
Now, the trail climbs gradually crossing the famous Hilleri bridge after that invigorating sight of Mt. Everest as well as Nuptse-Lhotse and edge will allure you. on the way you can see mountain goats . we will finally reach Namche Bazaar, a prosperous trading town. Overnight at guest house.
Day 05 Day 05: Namche, acclimatize, view of Mt. Everest. (B/L/D)
Acclimatization day is a must according to sherpa experts as our body needs to accustom with the high altitude atmosphere. Therefore, in order to avoid altitude sickness, we need to rest. Alternatively, we can make a trip to Sagarmatha (Everest) National park where we can notice a variety of plants and mountain cow yak animal life.
we can walk to khumjong beautiful traditional Sherpa community village we can see khumjung yeti head at monastery with shows up the stunning views of Thamserku, Mt, Everest, Khaantaiga, Ama Dablam, and many more. In the evening, we return back to Namche Bazar for overnight. (3,430m)
Day 06 Namche to Tengboche, Monasteries visit. (B/L/D)
This is one of the major days of the trek. We will leave Namche Bazaar to reach Tengboche taking around 4 hours. On the way we can see lots of yak and mountain goat. and we can see tenzing norgay sherpas grand son stupas, On the way, we can make a trip to Tengboche Monasteries lying at the altitude of 3860m.
We will walk on a quiet plane trail and get a chance to mark the splendor of marvelous Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Khangtaiga, Nuptse, Lhotse, etc. Overnight at guest house.
Day 07 Tengboche to Dingboche. (B/L/D)
We will on this day leave Tengboche and stroll down through fir, juniper, birch, and old rhododendron woods. We will also have steady climbs. We will pass the Imja River, crassing the Bridge and then the path moves to Pangboche village.
Here we can witness the wonderful peaks including Ama Dablam. On the way we can see most mountain goat and lots of yak carrying expidesion bags . Plus, we will also climb from side to side with unwrapped alpine hillsides before traversing the Imja Khola and arrive at the settlement of Dingboche. (4400m)
Day 08: Acclimatize day, explore Dingboche. (B/L/D)
In order to avoid altitude sickness, we need to rest again at Dingboche. We will explore around Chhukung valley situated beneath a far-fetched rock wall that joins Nuptse and Lhotse numri island peak on this day.
The top of the Imja valley on the moraines near to Island Peak (6189 m) is exceptional. Plus, we will also notice the huge south faces of Lhotse to the north, difficult pass Amphu Lapcha pass (5845 m), the enormous fluted ice walls to the south and to the southwest Ama Dablam stands exceptionally. Overnight at camp.
We will also walk to the Chhukung Valley situated beneath a far-fetched rock wall that joins Ama dablam Nuptse and Lhotse. Overnight at guest house.
Day 09: Dingboche to Chhukung valley. (B/L/D)
On this day we can wake slowly our destination is only 3 hours . we should not carry a not lot of water. We may either ascend over the hill lying northwest of Chhukung above the moraine of the Nuptse Glacier.
Then finally, we will reach Chhukung valley. Overnight at a tea house. (4,730m)
Day. 10: Chhukung valley to Lobuche via over Kangmala (5500m) pass. (B/L/D)
This is one of the significant days of the trek as we will pass the highest pass of the trek on this day. We will enter a wide basin scattered with frozen lakes. After walking for around 5 hours we will reach Kongma La pass lying at the altitude of 5500m.
As we reach the top of the pass, we will discover cairn wrapped with prayer five elements flags. And definitely, the scenery of frozen lakes and the Khumbu Glacier will captivate us.
We will have easy while descending from the pass. After that, the track turns north after taking us from side to side with Khumbu Glacier to get to Lobuche. Overnight in Lobuche. (4,930m)
Day 11: Lobuche to Gorekshep afternoon sidewalk to Everest Base Camp. (B/L/D)
We will trek to Gorakshep (5140m) on this day. This will be one of the challenging days of the trek. Now we we can see on the way many more tourist because this way is hi way to mount everest. We will walk next to the Khumbu Glacier to get to up to the most popular set – Everest Base Camp lying at an altitude of 5360m and Mt Everest, the tallest peak on the earth.
Moreover, the view of the Khumbu Icefall from the base camp is wonderful. After spending worthy time at the base camp, we will return back to Gorak Shep. Overnight at tea house
Day 12: Early morning 5 am climb Kalapathar trek back to Dzongla. (B/L/D)
Today you will see from Kalaphather mount everest fronm up close. This will be another interesting day of the trek. We will hike further on from Gorakshep to Kalapathhar lying at the elevation of 5550m. The wonderful peak views of Lingtren (6,697m), Khumbutse (6,623m), Pumori (7,145m), etc will acknowledge us.
We will also discern the huge face of Changtse (7,750m) that separates Nepal from Tibet. We will after that walk back to Dzongla for staying overnight. Overnight at tea house. (4,700m)
Day 13: Dzongla to over Cho-La pass (5320m). (B/L/D)
On this day we will descend down to Dzonglha which go off from the major path. This is another significant second part of the trek as we will pass another high pass at an altitude of 5320m.
Moving ahead, we will pass through a point and an old moraine on the one side, before commencing the wobbly path. After that, from Cho–La pass, we will witness impressive views of Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Thamserku Valley set in the west.
We will also notice the vast Cho La Lake stretches on the base Mt. Cholatse. The lake pours with us for longer time to a wide basin. And then we will walk to Tauna. We will be staying at Dragnag , a rather large small settlement for a night. (4700 m)
Day 14: Dragnag to Gokyo, afternoon sidewalk towards 5th Lake. (B/L/D)
This is one of the major days of the trek. Additionally, you will trek to Gokyo lying at the height of 4750m. We will pass the muddled, dangerous moraines of Ngozumpa Glacier–the main glacier in Nepal.
We will also observe the series of eye-catching Gokyo Lake and Gokyo ri . We will be enthralled by varied landscapes of the Gokyo Valley and 8188 meters Mt, cho oyu you peaks flanking Tibet. We will after that visit the second lake of astonishing Gokyo which will totally captivate you.

Day 16: Gokyo to Lungden via Renjo-La Pass (5400m). Enjoy the last best dramatic view of Everest region view include Mt. Everest with four world highest mountains from Renjo pass. (B/L/D)
This is another important day of the trek. We will trek to Renjo-La pass (5400m) from Gokyo, we get to view the astounding views of the four highest mountains Everest, Lhotse, Cholatse and Tawoche.
Views from Renjo La are similar ones viewed from Gokyo-Ri which includes scenes of third Gokyo Lake as well as Gokyo Village beneath the gray mark of Ngozumpa Glacier.
More over, we will walk further to Gokyo from side to side with the glacier. We will also trek to Lungden which is set on the east beach of the Bhote Kosi. Overnight in Lungden . (4400 m)
Day 17: Lungden to Namche bazaar. (B/L/D)
We will walk down from the Lungden we will traverse the Bhote Kosi and then we will walk through the valley of Langmuche River. We will also walk down after traversing a bridge to reach Samde.
The lane suddenly descends to Thamo village which holds Khari monastery. After that, we will move to the small village of Phurte we will go down Namche
We, ultimately arrive at Namche again all the way through some colorful prayer flags, Gompas, Mani walls and Chortens for the overnight at guest house (3430 m)
Day 18: Namche to Phakding. (B/L/D)
We will on this day trek to Phakding lying at the altitude of 2610m taking 3 hours. Subsequently, you will get to view outstanding Sherpa settlement named Choplung. today we are worm place you can drink beer and alcohol snacks The path also goes beside the Dudh Koshi valley. Overnight we will stay in Phakding.
Day 19: Phakding to Lukla Trek end. (B/L/D)
We will arrive at Lukla in approximately 5 hours after departing from Phakding. Tonight you can say goodbuy to the porters and sherpas. At Lukla, we will celebrate the last part of the trek. Overnight at tea house.
Day 20: Flight to Kathmandu
Early in the morning transfer to the airport. The flight (approx. 30 minutes) to Kathmandu is once again an experience in itself, as you fly directly along the main Himalayan chain. In Kathmandu transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 21: Free time and departure
Depending on your flight schedule, you will still have free time for one last shopping spree or further sightseeing. evening we will transfer to international airport

Yes, drinking water is easily available in the Everest region trek. There are numerous tea houses and lodges along the trekking route where you can purchase safe drinking water or refill your water bottles. 6. How do we Travel from Kathmandu to Namche ?
We have three option to travel Namche Bazar.
- Traveling via flight duration: 30 minutes + trekking for 2 days of Most tourists take a short 30-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport/ the Tenzing-Hillary Airport.
- Traveling by road Duration: 1 week If you wish to travel to Namche Bazaar via a private vehicle it might take around 7 days for you to reach your destination.
- Traveling by Helicopter.
